Weight: 229.7
WiiFit Age: 30
It occurred to me that you might be wondering if all I’m telling you is real, that maybe this is one of those fake weight loss blogs. So, I thought I’d share with you photos of my WiiFit screens from this morning’s workout.
I’m still not feeling all that great today, so I just did a 24-minute walk around the neighborhood and tanked on most of my WiiFit exercises. So my WiiFit age is higher than normal (click on the images below to see a larger view):
I say that because I’ve gotten pretty good at my Body Test activities and usually score in my 20s. The chart below is for the month. I use a star stamp for when I’m in my 20s, a happy face when I’m in my 30s, an OK if I’m in my 40s but my age or less and a foot print if I’m in my 40s but older than my age. A stamp of my avatar’s face happens when I don’t take the body test and just weigh in.
Now to prove that the age and weight I reported above really are real:
You might note that I was actually down to 228lbs just a few days ago. Then my period started. Don’t ya just love being a woman of child bearing age?
Anyway, I hope this lays any doubts that I’m a real person having a real weight loss journey to rest. When I get my flip cam, I’ll add video to this blog. But for now, you’ll have to get by with words and pictures. 🙂
